HOW TO DETOX
Choosing to do a juice cleanse is a great step towards a healthier lifestyle.
A juice cleanse benefits may fulfill different goals like: weight loss, better digestion, improving energy levels, gaining a glowing skin complex or getting rid of toxins.

These are the steps to be followed:
PRE-CLEANSE- 3 DAYS
First and the most important is setting intentions, the reason for choosing to do a cleanse.
However simple or complex your motivation is, take some time to identify your goal. This is a very important step.
Then comes the preparation.
The 3 days pre-cleanse program should focus on proper hydration and eating clean food, real food, especially plants, salads and veggies.
Stop eating processed foods, drink a lot of water.
You have to eliminate: added sugar, dairy, alcohol, gluten and red meat.
Instead, enjoy: fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans, legumes, nuts and seeds
DURING CLEANSE- 1-3-5 DAYS
Don’t forget to drink water. The 6 juices per day, will flood your system with powerful nutrients and antioxidants.
If you are a workout addict, limit yourself to light exercise, such as walks, yoga, stretching, pilates.
Your energy levels will change during a cleanse, so pay attention to what your body needs before exercising.
Try instead to do more introspective activities, such as meditation, walks and listening to music.
It would be great if you had a lot of free time for yourself during this time.
POST CLEANSE- 3 DAYS
Don’t jump into processed food right away. Return gradually to eating solid foods after your juice cleanse.
Add in fruits and veggies first, then nuts and whole grains (gluten-free) and in the end add in meat, fish, and gluten grains.
During the three days after completing your juice cleanse, follow a diet similar to the pre-cleanse diet.
